Troubleshooting:
I received a blank page after submitting the test and evaluation?
The most likely cause of this is that the test page timed out. The problem can be fixed by closing the current test page and opening a new one.
Is my test being timed?
You can take as much time as needed to complete the exam, however, if the test page remains open for more than 45 minutes the page may time out. After about 45 minutes of inactivity on the test page the server interprets this to mean the test taker has left the site. If you continue on you may receive a blank page after submitting the test and evaluation pages instead of receiving the payment page. The way to fix this is to close down the current test page and open a new one.
Cancellation/refund policy: Please email us if you would like to cancel a transaction or if you think you may have submitted your credit card information twice. We almost always catch double payments and notify the participants. We would still encourage you to let us know by sending us an email message. We will immediately refund any cancelled courses. We will void any payments that have been made in error.
Privacy Policy: We do not share private information that has been submitted during the registration process. The registration information is used to create the certificate of completion with your name on it. The information you share is stored in a secure database and will only be used for verification purposes.
